Site Updates
The Bright Eyes post has been revised, as it is the number one search string bringing people to this site. Also, and I normally don't talk about my day job on this blog, the Integral Life Practice coming soon page has just been launched, design by yours truly. Thirdly, starting this Friday I will be one of the guest bloggers on Klintron's Technoccult, a highly-recommended read for all of you esoterists. This will coincide with my trip to NYC next week, so look the fuck out Big Apple!

Speaking of ILP (Got the 411 on this on the I-Wet weekend), WHAT is your IP, if any?
You have the interesting combination of having your attitudes, your opinions, and your writings out front - but what you actually DO in recess.
What's a regular "practice" for you - here's my guesses -
Creative - graphic design (photoshop, flash), writing.
Physical - you don't strike me as a yoga guy - weightlifting? Martial Arts? Running?
Pscychodynamic - drinkin' and talking ta spirits? :)
Spiritual - well, I would guess writing again, 'cause done right, emptying mind BEFORE writing is a great way to practice Zen.
So again - - What do you do??
Creative: eating a lot of pomegranates, then having a friend punch me in the stomach in front of a blank canvas
Physical: bench-pressing midgets and pissing for distance
Psychodynamic: prank calling psychotherapists while pretending to have a twin brother
Spiritual: luring dolphins into shallow pools and fucking them in the blowhole
i also play guitar.
just curious. so if you do dolphins in their blow holes, does that mean they can blow you at the same time? that's awesomely mind-blowing! >;)
probably depends on how much control they have over the sphincter. that would be one wet blowjob though....
I guess eBuddha didn't know that Paul cringes at the mere mention of "p-r-a-c-t-i-c-e." ;-D
